This Privacy Policy explains how Anton Kozub, a licensed Realtor® affiliated with Keller Williams St. Pete (“we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit www.anton.realtor (the “Site”) or contact us through it.

- Information you provide: when you submit a contact, consultation or home valuation form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, your area of interest and any message you write. If you comment on an article, we collect your name, email address and comment.
- Information collected automatically: like most websites, the Site records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and how you arrived at the Site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the real estate services you request.
- To contact you by phone, email or text message about your request. We will not send you marketing text messages without your consent, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
- To understand how visitors use the Site and to improve its content and performance.
- To protect the Site against spam and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

The Site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use it (for example, which pages are viewed and which forms are submitted). Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have provided, or to stop contacting you, by emailing kozub@kw.com.
Third-party websites
The Site links to third-party websites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Google, YouTube and social networks. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
