These Terms of Service govern your use of www.anton.realtor (the “Site”), operated by Anton Kozub, a licensed Realtor® affiliated with Keller Williams St. Pete. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Information only — not professional advice

Articles, market data, calculators, neighborhood guides and other content on the Site are provided for general information. They are not legal, tax, insurance, financial or investment advice. Laws, market conditions and figures change; always consult a qualified professional about your specific situation before making decisions.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information — including property details, prices, sales data, statistics and third-party information — is complete, current or error-free. Information about properties is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and should be independently verified.

No agency relationship

Using the Site, submitting a form or reading its content does not by itself create a client or agency relationship. A brokerage relationship is established only through a written agreement as required by Florida law.

Calculators and estimates

Results from calculators and home value estimates are approximations based on the information you enter and general assumptions. They are not loan offers, appraisals or guarantees.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, sending spam, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with its operation. Comments may be moderated and removed at our discretion.

Intellectual property

Text, photographs, videos, logos and design on the Site belong to Anton Kozub or their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use or sharing a link to the Site.

Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites and embedded content (for example, YouTube, Zillow and Google). We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
